Yeah, I'm not entirely clear on whose responsibility it is. Fantastico seems to be slow to update things. In the mean time, bluehost launched Simplescripts.com, which does offer 2.5. I don't know if that's frustration with Fantastico, or what.

It seems, according to the admin at bluehost.com that “fantastico de luxe” does not have a wordpress 2.5 install yet, so we either have to manually install the upgrade or wait until “fantastico” upgrade the install that they offer. hope this helps, and I hope they upgrade their install soon because I want 2.5 on my blog..
